Franklin High School jumped out to an early lead in the first quarter and held it at halftime, but undefeated Ravenwood came storming back in the second half and in the end walked away with a 24-20 victory.
Junior quarterback Brian Garcia threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns for the Raptors.
Andrew Mason was the top target for Garcia, catching seven passes for 62 yards and a touchdown.
Franklin running back Matt Gaca powered the Rebels, gaining 147 yards of total offense.
Franklin quarterback Joshua Nichols completed seven of 24 passes for 69 yards and an interception. He did rush for a touchdown.
BGA 45 Goodpasture 20
Battle Ground Academy stayed undefeated by whopping up on Goodpasture this week.
BGA quarterback Nick Septimphelter had another big day, throwing for 328 yards on 19-33 passing. His top target was senior Tiy Reed.
Running back Kaleb Seay had a big night as well, rushing for 178 yards and two touchdowns. BGA put up 542 yards of offense.
Fairview 49 Stewart 13
Senior quarterback Kameron Harris-lusk rushed for 108 yards and three touchdowns on just five carries to lead Fairview to a resounding win against Stewart County.
Nolensville 41 Spring Hill 6
Nolensville jumped out to a 24 point lead in the first quarter and built a 41-0 lead going into the fourth quarter on their way to a 41-6 victory against Spring Hill.
CPA 48 Smyrna 26
The undefeated Lions from Christ Presbyterian Academy continued to impress this week with a convincing 48-26 win against a good team from Smyrna.
Quarterback Ryan Eledge was steady, completing 17 of 24 passes for 191 yards and two touchdowns.
Senior wideout McNeil Stout was Eledge’s main target, catching seven passes for 70 yards and a TD
Senior Noah Henderson caught four passes for 69 yards.
Senior running back Sam West had a great game, gaining 152 yards and three touchdowns on just seven carries.
