Every Tuesday during the months of June and July, you can find kids gathering at Percy Warner Golf Course and Harpeth Hills Golf Course for WNSL Golf.

Now in it’s second season, WNSL has partnered with Metro Parks and PGA Professional Kevin Forte to make WNSL Summer Golf one of the premier recreational golf programs in Middle Tennessee.

When the season starts, more than 70 boys and girls age 6 -13 will be hitting the links each week to improve their golf game.

WNSL has adopted the PGA Jr. League format, where players play scramble-style golf in teams of 3-4 players.

“The PGA JR league has been an outstanding experience for our group,” says team Captain Dan McGugin. “The format combines the best aspects of the individual elements of golf with the best aspects of the collaborative elements of team sports.”

In addition to playing one match a week, players also get dedicated instruction time from a PGA professional. This helps give children the opportunity to quickly grow their game and develop a love of golf from a young age.

WNSL Summer Golf registration opens in March and runs through Mid-May. WNSL also hosts a Fall Golf season in the months of September and October.
