Last Saturday, West Nashville Sports Leagues hosted its second pre-season flag football clinic. These clinics are great for any area player who would like to improve their flag football skills.
The clinics are typically run by volunteer coaches from the WNSL. This Saturday, the Christ Presbyterian Academy football players also made a special appearance to help with the clinic.
“Having the CPA players come out was part of a great community effort,” Says WNSL President Scott Tygard. “Many of these players played in the WNSL before moving on to the CPA program, and they are great role models for the players.”
WNSL flag football season kicks off this weekend with the Flag Football Jamboree at Edwin Warner Park.
